Dirt Cups.

WHAT A NIGHT!?

I have lost all motivation to do anything related to biology, haha. Tonight has been a crazy night. First I run into Ducey and decide to take some pictures with him. Then I saw my little buddy Lia walking out to leave the library, but she ran into Kati McConn who said this to me, "Can I be in the blog?"

Well, guess what guys? Her wish has been granted! Meet Kati McConn :)

Note to everyone reading this: It is not too late to get into the blog. In fact, we're still writing, therefore we're still here. Send us a text. Maybe even give us a call to let us know you'll be in the library. Just make sure if you want to catch us make sure it's from 8/9-12.

I tried to finish working, but I couldn't find any motivation to do any more work. Around that time Tarra came in she went up to the balcony, where I stayed down below her. I then moved up though because I felt like being on the balcony. Up in the balcony we took pictures with Kati & Ducey.

What do you think? Pretty huh? haha.


Around 11ish Tarra mentioned Munchie Madness and that they were having dirt cups. TALK ABOUT FLIPPIN' AWESOME!!! I'm talking Dirt Cups here guys!!! We ended up going there and I ate my first one there and then we managed to bring back a total of 7 dirt cups back [one of which was my second, haha].

Now try and picture this in your mind. Tarra has a total of four dirt cups [2 in each hand] while I have a total of three dirt cups [1 in one hand and 2 in the other]. We pushed the handicap button to open up the first door ... it opened, which is what we wanted. We had a slight dilemma though, the other door that should have opened was locked preventing us from getting in. So all you see is two people stuck in the little glass area with 7 dirt cups. Tarra tried opening the door, but she kind of failed. The whole time 15 minutes guy was looking at us while he saw we were struggling [fail #1]. It took us awhile, but we finally got in when Tarra got the door opened and I got my foot in the door to kick it open. Right behind us were two other people who had dirt cups as well! YAY FOR DIRT CUPS!!!

While I ate my dirt cup I also gave clues to Tarra for something that needed clues :)

Around 11:46 Tarra and I realized we did not get a warning about how many minutes we had left until closing. I understand that we are regulars here, but we were around people that weren't necessarily regulars that needed to be told that they had 15 minutes left to go. Fail #2 on 15 minutes guy.

We think he's trying to ignore us.

But yeah, that was that. Tarra and I made a video of our walk home from the library, haha. I'll put that up sometime later when I'm not trying to do homework or study for finals.

PS. How attractive is Tarra? I'm pretty sure it's her good looks like this as to why the guys are all over her, haha.

Visit #4 & back.

I went on another solo adventure to the Multnomah County Library to do more research.  Things were productive, especially since I keep leaving my headphones in my room.  It really makes me have to work on homework, instead of messing around to find the perfect study music or whatever.  Wish I figured that out before.  Although, I'm really missing music.  Working in silence is great for productivity, but sometimes you just need to drown out all the other noises in the room.  Anywho...got some work done but will probably need to return for hopefully a final visit.  Maybe?! Let's hope so.

Now I'm at the UP library.  Rick told me that a BUNCH of people were here tonight, like Lia Samieenejad, Sean Ducey, and one of our most loyal followers - Zack Imfeld! I must be super late or something because no one is here.

Madison is still here though, just saw her walk by (looking for me). hahaha But yeah, I must get back to work. Group project for PR due tomorrow.
